While I was off frolicking in southern Africa, partner and crime and fellow photographer/videographer Graeme Nicol (check out his digs here) decided to shot some shows in my absence – his first gig was an epic twenty improv session at XP between some serious talent including German C saxophone player Klaus Braus (aka Kaa), Zoomin Regular A Ming and ORLOP – the ‘extreme free improv’ duo consisting of noise guitarist Adam MacGregor and free-jazz drummer Stephen Roach. A motley crew indeed. Enjoy this twenty minute plus freak jazz session…
