In Pictures: The Diders, Bastards of Imperialism (School 27.06.2015)

One of the many pleasures at browsing through Stech\’s photo collection, is there\’s usually a point in the night where the Precis editor and frequent LBM photojournalist goes off the grid. A point the night, where our man has given all he\’s got, and finds the closest restaurant, taxi, or corner to call it a night. That\’s not a dig – in fact, Stechs\’ photography is at its best when documenting the merry pranksters and misfits that populate the music scene here rather than covering each of the bands of the night. At the same time, it also creates this narrative of our photographer out on the town which I find each and every time utterly fascinating. A voyeuristic glimpse into the man we have come to know as Stechs. May he prosper!
