In Pictures: Demerit (Hot Cat Club 18.03.2016)

Stumbled through Hot Cat Club a couple weeks back during a Fangjia Hutong crawl while street punk vets Demerit were in the process of a double header. Amidst lineup changes and a European tour just around the corner, it was clear the band was looking to shake off the rust, and put some dough in the tour fund. Power to them I say. And from the sound of it though, the band hasn’t lost a bit of their sharpness, remaining one of Beijing’s rip-roaring punk bands that delivers. Though, that might have been the red wine talking. Demerit is in the midst of a European tour — check out the dates and if you’re interested in having them hit up your lil neck of the woods there hit them up. More pictures below.
