In Pictures: Bastards of Imperialism, Final Impact, The Diders (Caravan 13.05.2016)

Last month, the one and only Shanzhai Laowai aka Cool Ghoul aka Darryl Pestilence, Bastards of Imperialism frontman, head honcho of up and coming punk label/promoter Dr. Smartass, and all around honest dude celebrated his birthday with a punk rager at the least likely of places – Moroccan food eatery Caravan – one of the tastiest places to grab a meal in town. It was a lively crowd full of the friendliest faces and the punkish of spirits – genuine folks who don\’t mind throwing their fists in the air and singing their hearts out. Frequent contributor Chris Stech (head editor of Precis zine) was on hand to capture the mayhem both on stage and on our stomachs with sets from Final Impact, The Diders, and of course Bastards of Imperialism, making the red, white, and blue proud (though the majority of folks back west might say otherwise).
