Beijing lost another fine member of the music community earlier this month as Ting Ting, the fiery face of promotion label Borderless, tour manager, music aficionado and all around badass, bid farewell for Shanghai (seems to be the theme of 2018) – but not without a blowout send-off at Temple Bar with some of her favorite (mine as well) bands including post-punk ruffians Lonely Lonely, who just kicked off their European tour, shoegaze groovers Last Goodbye, uproarious grunge scrappers Pure, and more. As expected it was a boozy affair and my shoddy point and shoot camera from a decade back got in on the fun. Dig in.
