Swung by the closer day of Ketchup Festival – a very late entrance to the first half at fRUITYSPACE where I caught the tail end of Li Jianhong making beautiful love to his guitar, before heading over to DDC where post punk favorites Lonely Leary belted out one blissful jam after another, 4 Channels Club simultaneously had three Gameboy machines playing glorious 8-bit soundtracks, and finally MC Dawei who has beefed up his set quite a bit, turning the rapper into something of a funk hip hop band, complete with keyboards and a backup singer. A nice diverse palette cleanser to finish off the longgg week.
